Appointments
Please try to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to ensure that you receive your full service. We recommend booking your next appointment before leaving our salon so that we may properly accommodate your schedule.
Loss Prevention Policy
We regret that we cannot be responsible for a lost or damaged personal article. Please keep all valuables with you or in one of our customer storage lockers during your appointment.
General Cancellation Policy
12-hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment of any sort. This allows the opportunity for other individuals to schedule an appointment. Since services are by appointment, a major credit card is required to hold your special time with us. You will not be charged to your credit card until services are rendered. However, if you are unable to give us 12 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment on the credit card held.
No-shows
Unfortunately if you fail to show up for a scheduled appointment and do not provide 12 hours cancellation notice, this will be considered a “no-show” and we will charge the full amount for the missed appointment.
Pricing & Gratuities
Prices listed are starting prices. Rates for spa professionals are based on years of experience and mastery. Prices are subject to change. All gratuities must be rendered in cash.
Packages and Weddings
Special packages are discounted and combined to offer a vast array of salon and spa services. All package reservations require a credit card or gift card. Prices and services are subject to change. Gratuities are not included in packages, but are greatly appreciated. If you wish to reschedule or cancel your service please review our cancellation policy.
Wedding packages/Bridal Parties often time require a credit card to hold the multiple reservations for your special day. Please speak with our Wedding for policies around the cancellation of multiple appointments for a single day.
Room Charges
Bellevue Salon and Spa will now be accepting room charges for guests of the Hyatt at the Bellevue. We’re happy to make this accommodation. And yes, you may include the tip to your service provider on the room charge.
For your convenience, you may also elect to charge retail products (not only services) to your room. So be sure to pick up hair care products recommended by your stylist to help maintain your look in the days that follow.
Self-Parking at the Hyatt at the Bellevue
A special rate of $6.76 for a total of three hours is extended to our clients. If you should exceed that time duration, standard hourly rates for self-park will apply. Be sure to ask our front desk to validate your parking ticket before leaving the salon.
